I want to post my b4 and after pics..how do I do it when posting a topic, I do not see and upload button.

    you must upload them to a free site such as photobuck or flickr.
    then get the image ur from that site, it is usually posted under the picture.. you want the one that has [ img ] in front of i.

    make sure when you post the picture in the forum, you have the IMG} again in lowercase letters. or else it wont work. hope this helps!
